Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME 

After your order is placed, I aim to ship it as soon as possible. However, processing times can vary based on the size of your order and the number of orders I’m currently handling. As I’m the only person running the shop and each item is being made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks in general for your order to be made and shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Please double-check that you have provided the correct shipping address, the receiver's full name, and a valid phone number. If your package is returned to me due to incorrect shipping details, you'll need to cover the shipping costs for re-sending it. 

TRACKED SHIPMENTS

You'll receive an email with the tracking number upon dispatch. I'll offer a replacement or a full refund if your package gets lost in transit.

UNTRACKED SHIPMENTS

This shipping method provides the lowest cost, but comes with no tracking or insurance, which means I can’t offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Usually, there are no issues with untracked shipments reaching their destinations, but there's always a slight risk of loss. Please choose this option only if you understand and accept these limitations.

TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

I ship from Finland, and if you order from another EU country, you won’t be charged any extra fees.

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur additional taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any import charges that may apply.
