RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want you to love your purchase! I have a 14-day return policy, which means if for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact me at info@melancholicvampire.com to start your return process. I’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back without contacting me first won’t be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of products can't be returned, like earrings (due to hygiene reasons), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are defective or don't match your order, I’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
I'll notify you once i’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
REFUNDS TO BUYERS IN THE EU:
Full order return: you’ll receive a full refund for the total order amount, including original shipping costs.
Partial order return: you’ll receive a refund for the returned products, excluding the original shipping costs.
REFUNDS TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE EU:
All returns: you’ll receive a refund for the tax-free price of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that i'm unable to refund any additional charges you may have incurred, such as import duties or taxes, that were paid directly to the authorities in your country.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Receiving a defective or incorrect product can be frustrating. If this happens, please contact me immediately at info@melancholicvampire.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and make sure to include order number and photo or video proof in your message. I’ll investigate the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact your local postal service immediately to file a claim. While i package everything as good as possible, occasional damage during shipping can occur. I can’t be held responsible for how postal services handle your package, but I’m here to assist you if needed.
